Running your AGM is the responsibility of your Vice-President and the VP is the person responsible for ensuring that forms are distributed in a timely manner and uploaded to your GoogledDrive once completed.
Your Agenda should be circulated to your members 7 days prior to the AGM.
Your Minutes and Sign In Sheet should be uploaded to your sport/society GoogleDrive no longer than 7 days after the AGM. They can also be sent in to suopportunities@uwe.ac.uk.
