Running Your AGM

STEP 1

Set a date for your AGM and online voting! When you have a date set, let us know HERE.

 

STEP 2

Create an event on your Students' Union Webpage and send promote it to all your members.

 

STEP 3

Create an Agenda and send it to all your members 1 week before the AGM

STEP 4

Get everyone at the AGM to sign in on the AGM Sign In Sheet.

STEP 5

Anyone who has nominated themselves for a Committee Position can give a short speech to encourage members to vote for them.

 

STEP 6

Make sure you take Minutes

STEP 7

Send in the documents within 7 days:

 

STEP 8

Online voting opens: remind all members (even those not in attendance) to vote for the new Committee members
