    Introduction to Extinction Rebellion (new UWE Society)

    Everyone is welcome, whether you have been involved in Extinction Rebellion (XR) before or not. There isn't yet a UWE Extinction Rebellion society, but a few students are in the process of setting one up which you can be a part of soon. Come along to hear about how you can get more involved at UWE, we'll be covering the following:

    • What is the evidence that the disruption caused by Extinction Rebellion effectively addresses the climate crisis? 
    • How do we support people with climate anxiety? 
    • What are we demanding that the government and big business do? 
    • How can you get involved in Extinction Rebellion?
