It's Green Week at the Students' Union so we thought we'd celebrate with a cook-off competition! 

How it works

1. Register to secure your place via this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/green-week-cook-off-tickets-190343100337

2. Show up on Thurs 21 Oct at 19:00 and follow our pared-down recipe for a tasty dinner dish (think technical bake challenge from the Great British Bake Off). All recipes will be vegetarian/vegan in honour of Green Week and you'll be working in groups of 2-4 students in each.

3. The group who made the best creation will win a £20 voucher to The Ethical Shop! And you'll all have a tasty dinner to take home whether you win or not!

• This event is most suitable to people who know a little but about cooking but we welcome novice chefs.
• Groups may be randomly assigned to make sure there's a fair balance of skill levels.
• All meals will be vegetarian/vegan and please let us know if you have any food allergies/intolerances ahead of time!!
• The Ethical Shop is UK based and stocks everything from food to clothing to books!
