Yoga is great for stress release, connecting body to mind and exercise.
You don’t have to be flexible – these sessions will help you to increase your flexibility and overall wellbeing. This class combines physical movements and breathing exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Sessions are free to all students, mats will be provided and no booking is required - just turn up and join in!
