Glenn is the Mott MacDonald Professor of Future Mobility at the University of the West of England, Bristol. With a career-long focus on understanding and influencing travel behaviour in the context of continuing social and technological change, Glenn specialises now in vision-led strategic planning for an uncertain world in the face of a climate emergency.

For the last year he has been a member of the Wales Roads Review Panel.
