Thu 23 March 2023 18:45-20:30
Oak & Reed, 109 Hotwells Road, Bristol BS15U
Join us at Oak & Reed for a talk about the impact of animal agriculture on the climate crisis by Klaus Mitchell, the director and founder of Plant Based News, the world's leading vegan media platform. You don't need to be vegan or vegetarian to come along, everyone is welcome and no one will be judged for the diet that they have.
Following the talk, we will be having a pub quiz, putting your knowledge of climate change to the test - the winning team will get a prize!
If you're not sold yet... we'll be giving out some free delicious vegan pizza. Oak & Reed is Bristol's tropical 'rare' plant shop, café and events space. The google map pin is here.
Send an email to the student Sustainability Officer Amber Robards at amber2.robards@live.uwe.ac.uk to sign up, and please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
