How to prepare for your placement or employment if you are disabled or neurodivergent
What does good look like for you and your employer?
Join Lucy Smith from Inclusive Change At work CIC for an informative and interactive workshop about preparing for work, work experience or work placements if you are disabled or neurodivergent.
We will look at how you can benefit from a taking strengths based approach whilst understanding and managing your individual challenges or needs.
We will explore reasonable adjustments and The Equality Act 2010.
We will provide some tools and tips that you can take for yourself to help you prepare for talking to employers about support.
Lucy is an award winning social entrepreneur speaker and consultant in the area of neurodiversity, leadership and change management. She works with a range of professionals and associates with real lived experience and has a particular focus on autism and adhd in the workplace.
