A safe and inclusive space in which to break down stigmas surrounding women's health and wellbeing - from PMS to menopause, our bodies, sexual health, and period myths we invite you to a fun and empowering afternoon of crafting, eating and challenging taboos, come alone or with your friends.
What can you expect?
- Free afternoon tea (scones, crossiants)
- Free tea and coffee
- Brooch and badge making
- Embroidery
- Cake decorating
- Photo competition for a chance to win prizes from female lead, Bristol based companies
- Resources and support information for a range of services

Travel Information Walk: Glenside Campus is a 30 min (approx.) walk from Frenchay Campus, either via Stoke Lane or through Stoke Park Estate. Please note that these routes include steep hills. Bus: First Bus services 5 and 48A stop directly outside the main entrance to Glenside Campus. The 48A runs every 20 mins between Frenchay and Glenside. Cycle: Glenside is easily accessible from several local cycle routes. There are showers, lockers, bike shelters and free bike tools available on campus. Drive: Parking is available on campus for permit holders only. Please ensure you have either an annual permit OR a free ‘permission to park’ permit along with a daily parking token displayed in your windscreen.
