Come and take a break in one of our destress zones - designed to give you a space to relax, enjoy some free mindfulness activities and learn more about what support is available at across UWE.
Included in the destress zones will be crafts/mindfulness activities i.e puzzles/journaling materials, freebies like herbal tea bags, fruit, fidget toys, spaces to share study tips and advice and signposting to various services. You can also find out about The Library's various 'Study Skills' workshops and make the most of the services and resources provided at UWE.
