Some tips on job hunting

• Register for the weekly email of jobs from the JobShop.
• Sign up with some local recruitment agencies.
• Visit The Mall and Cabot Circus Shopping Centres. Many jobs are advertised by a card in shop windows. Drop a copy of your CV into shops.
• Visit local bars and restaurants and ask if they have any vacancies.
• Go to your local Job Centre. Alternatively go to their job search web site https://www.gov.uk/jobs-jobsearch. Put ‘Part time’ in Job Title and your post code in the appropriate boxes and then click on the search button.
