We understand that students and staff may be distressed by the devastation caused by the torrential monsoon rains that have led to severe flooding in Pakistan. The floods have washed away thousands of homes and businesses, with more than 1,000 people losing their lives and many more at risk due to damaged water systems.

We wanted to remind students that advice and wellbeing support is available through our Advice Centre team, who are on hand to support you during this difficult time. They can provide you with friendly, non-judgemental and confidential support. You can find their contact details here.
We also have a range of wellbeing and support services available to all UWE Bristol students, including:
Please get in touch with us if you require any wellbeing support. You can also contact The Students’ Union President, Rania Regaieg on supresident@uwe.ac.uk.
