50% of UK adults have been infected with CMV, often without knowing.
When passed on to a baby in the womb, this common virus can cause hearing loss, intellectual disability, seizures, miscarriage and stillbirth. There is currently no routine treatment or vaccine.
We are welcoming healthy male & female volunteers as we conduct our research to develop an effective vaccine.
You may be eligible for inclusion if you fulfil the following criteria:
• You are male or female
• You are between 18 and 50 years of age
