Our Let’s Talk Trash campaign week takes place 15 – 22 March. You can find out more about this student-led campaign and all our planned events here.
As part of this campaign, we’re excited to partner with zero-waste shops around Bristol, to give UWE students a 10% discount in their stores! Here, we have put together a list of where you can get a discount during that week.

There is a selection of products sold in The Students’ Union’s zero-waste shop including:
Zero Green is located on North Street, just an 8-minute cycle from the city center. There you will find natural, local products free from plastic packaging. They have a range of products:
Their opening hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 – 17:00, Sundays 11:00 – 16:00.
To claim 10% off in Zero Green, show your UWE student ID. You can also do this online by using the code LETS-TALK-TRASH-10.
Scoopaway specialises in natural wholesome foods and remedies, including natural food supplements and natural body care. They have a huge range of foods, including dairy free, wheat free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. Check out their website for the full range.
You can claim 10% of any of their loose food products by showing your UWE student ID card.

Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 17:00.
Preserve Foods have locations in Westbury-on-Trym, Bishopston and St. George. They sell food by weight to avoid plastic packaging. A big bonus is that they are open every day of the week!
