SUPER STUDIO

Social Studio is a returning event for the 2024/25 academic year and open to everyone.
The idea of social studio is for students to build social connections across the different years and courses within architecture and the built environment at UWE. 

Social studio provides a platform away from formal studio time to discuss ideas, work collaboratively and promote cross discipline understanding. Another key aim of Social Studio is to encourage a healthy work/life balance for students.  

NEW FOR 2024/25:

THEME OF THE MONTH

Theme of the month will be a series of workshops or mini-lectures about a topic and how to integrate them into your studio projects. 

Located within R-Block, the home of the Architecture Society at UWE, Social Studio is held on Wednesday and Friday afternoons from 14:00 to 17:00, with both “Super Studio” (including computer lab) and “The Street” being allocated as studio space.
