I am writing to request for further Indian vegetarian options to be sold at Frenchay Campus. I am aware that there are currently some vegetarian options available however there is a lack of variety and choice. Therefore, I am suggesting to add further options, such as traditional Indian meals. Some examples of these would include, Dosa, Idli, Sambar, Parratha, Briyani, Panipuri, Paneer, Aloo Tikka and Vada. After speaking to fellow students, this is a popular decision which would enable students of all dietary requirements to be able to dine at Frenchay. This also helps to increase diversity among the university as there are many students from minority ethic groups. With many faith and cultural societies emerging, it displays the notion that students want that 'home away from home' feeling.
