    Extra Information: Currently candidates need to agree who's running for what in advance to avoid empty roles. This effectively removes the role of voting and makes it a non democratic or meritocratic system. This proposed system would retain the best talent and not penalise unsuccessful candidates for being ambitious and running for president. It may also therefore benefit from being in-person instead of strictly online.
