Remove Henry Jackson Society as a point of reference from the external speaker policy.

Extra Information: The Henry Jackson Society is an ultra right wing and notoriously Islamophobic think-tank organisation with one goal, to target and undermine Islam and it's followers. The university have previously used HJS in their vetting procedure. They (HJS) have blacklisted nearly every Islamic society in the UK and almost every mainstream Muslim speaker in what can only be seen as an attempt to slow progress and silence the Muslim voice. We demand that the university disassociate from any relationship or reference to such a damaging and marginalising entity.
