As a student, your mental health and well-being are a top priority. That's why you have access to a 24/7 helpline offering immediate support—whenever and wherever you need it. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or just need someone to talk to, help is always available.
Call the helpline at +44 (0)800 028 3766, or download the Wisdom app to chat with a counselor via live chat or video call.
And remember, there’s no limit to the support you can access. You’re never alone—help is just a call or message away.
If you're going through a mental health crisis or emergency, don't hesitate to reach out for support. Call 111, then select option 2 for immediate support. You'll receive expert advice and assessment to help you through the situation.
If you or another student are experiencing a serious issue, such as severe mental health challenges, safety concerns, or any situation that may impact wellbeing, please report it to the university's Serious Concerns Team on +44 (0)117 32 84000.
They will not be able to provide immediate support but they will follow up with you and connect you to the appropriate resources and support services available both within the university and beyond.
