At UWE Bristol and The Students' Union we take a harm reduction approach when it comes to drugs including alcohol, to ensure student have the tools and information they need to make an informed decision, this means we make every effort to support students to support students to reduce the risks associated with these behaviours and prioritise student welfare above all else. You can get free water from all our bars and we have zero tolerance of sexual harassment.

Research the risk UWE has a policy of harm reduction when it comes to alcohol and other drugs. This means that although most drugs are illegal and UWE and The Students' Union both don't condone the use of illegal drugs, we are focused on providing you with education to make sure you stay safe if you, or your friends choose to take drugs.

About Late Night, Do It Right Late Night Do It Right was created in 2014 by Scarlett Oliver, the VP Community and Welfare at the time and has continued to grow over the last ten years.
Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Week During Drugs and Alcohol Awareness Week (27 November to 1 December 2023) The Students' Union highlighted key harm reduction information for drugs including alcohol.
