We realise that sometimes mistakes are made. If you are not happy with the service you have received or the behaviour of a member, officer or staff of the Union we would like you to tell us. We will investigate your feedback or complaint, let you know the outcome and do everything we can to put things right.
Our commitment is to respond to you as quickly as we are able and we aim to do so within 5 working days of receiving your communication.
We look to support all students to be able to make complaints and have an accessible process as possible so if as well as the form below tou are also able to submit your complaint through email to the CEO tim.benford@uwe.ac.uk or via phone on 0117 32 82577 and ask to speak to Rachel Colley or Tim Benford
If the complaint is by a member of the Union about another Union member it will be dealt with under Bye Law 7. All other matters will be dealt under our General Complaints Procedure.
